For the first time in over 20 years, every Councillor on Wakefield Council is up for election in May. Your local Conservatives have selected three local residents with real world experience to represent our area.
As every Councillor is facing election, there is a real chance Wakefield Council will be under new leadership in May after over fifty years of Labour failure. That's why, more than ever, it is important rural Wakefield is represented by strong, successful Councillors who will make sure our area's voice is properly heard in the Council Chamber, The Reform Party doesn't seem to want to tell you who their candidates will be, and the latest opinion polls say Labour and the Lib Dems can't win in our area.
